Returns and Refunds Policy for Metro Bazar

At Metro Bazar, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straight forward Returns and Refunds Policy for cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions. 

  1. Eligibility for Returns

– Products must be returned within 7 days  of delivery. 

– Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. 

– Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) is required. 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including: 

– Perishable goods (e.g., food items). 

– Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, toiletries). 

– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.” 

  1. Return Process

– Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the invoice. 

– Our team will arrange a pickup or provide a return address. 

  1. Refunds

– Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within  5-7 business days 

– Refunds will be issued via bank transfer  or mobile banking , as COD does not support direct cash refunds. 

– The refund amount will exclude any delivery charges. 

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within  24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
