– Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
– Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) is required.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

– Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, toiletries).
– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

– The refund amount will exclude any delivery charges.
- Damaged or Defective Items
